MICK PEREZ

 

Mick Perez’s fashion interest started early in his years. As a child he was already drawn to fashion illustrations. He also taught himself how to sew to create ready to wear pieces for his family and friends. To improve his skills, he entered SoFA Design Institute. In 2014, he graduated with an associate degree in Fashion Design and Marketing with honors and as a consistent Dean’s Lister. His all white graduation collection was well applauded by the fashion media and was featured in various fashion magazines. Other than that, he was also chosen as one of the awardees for the 2014 Preview Emerging Fashion Talent. He was also part of The Philippine Star’s Ystyle 25 Designers To Watch Out For. Also, Metro magazine chose him as one of the 2014 Top 25 Young Designers To Watch.

 

 

His love for fashion fuels his desire to share the subtle elegance of his creations. He is very passionate about workmanship, quality and originality. His works are often inspired by his interest in Japanese minimalism and culture presented with a twist of structural modernity. The look is always chic, sophisticated and elegant.
